Role and Responsibilities:

1. Converting the leads provided through telecalling
2. Following up and completing the documentation work for processing the loan proposal and getting all requirements.
3. Ensuring timely sanction and disbursement of completed loan applications.
4. Canvassing LICHFL’s Loan Products.
5. Customer relationship management – Providing after sales service.
6. Portfolio Monitoring
7. Any other jobs as specified from time to time.

Educational Background & Professional Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline OR Master’s degree in any discipline.
   (MBAs in Marketing/Finance and/or candidates having 2 or 3 years’ experience in related field may be given preference.)
2. Age should not be less than 21 years or more than 35 years.
3. Candidates with past experience in tele-marketing of financial/real estate products will be preferred.

Remuneration:

DME- D will be paid monthly stipend of Rs. 20,000/- on achievement of minimum business target. First 3 months will be considered as probation period without any minimum business requirement.
